Buying a different set of tyres didn't cost anything in itself. However, a lot of people have invested in Jade "CIK" style chassis over the past three years. If all of a sudden these chassis are no longer competitive because they do not have camber / caster adjustment there will be an awful lot of unhappy dads in the padock, including me. How will this open up the class to others? It won't. It's cheaper and simpler to keep to the existing rules on fixed camber / caster and simply retain the need for chassis with adjustment to run with neutral kit. As I said in my earlier posting I see no evidence of people swapping stub axles to change camber, so suggestions of cost savings for people here by Talko are misguided.
