All,

For me the pity of all of this is that the TKM users aren't a bit more loyal to Talko.

Instead of slagging them off, as I must admit that I've done on a few occasions we should be supporting them.

They made a brave and costly step to introduce the TaG, but if they actually had some proper reliability data coming back from the users they could improve the unit. A simply online spreadsheet that users could fill in would allow them to be a lot more objective about their failure data. Instead I suspect that they are stuck with subjective opinions.

A year from now we could all be looking at TaG2...

In the meantime they could change the fiche as I've mentioned before and give the product a serious boost.

Does anoyone know Alan Turney. Could they have a chat with him and see what he thinks?
