It's the O ring and nothing to worry about. The clutch itself engages at just under 3000 revs anyway at which point the clutch drum and the crankshaft aill be rotating at the same speed so the drag effect of the o ring is nil and the bearing . bush on 11T is doing nothing other than centering the drum ot that point too.
If you want to prove to yourself that it's the O ring simply slacken the crank nut and the drum will sin freely.
