Simon, when the testing first came around of the green top, i actually did the restrictor testing as there was only one green top engine available, and this took place at the O plate meet which was held that year at Wigan, as it was a big grid to get good feedback from with all ranges of experienced drivers, i also went to hooton park and gyg to give it a fair comparison at 3 totally different circuits, and with this and took the results back to Ron, who when finally released the green top engine to be raced, had changed the restrictor sizes from what i tested and increased them so giving more power which i disagreed with.....also when u say about formula blue is 'BLUE 100cc' and not green, for 'fat buggers', maybe you should of mentioned this to Ron, and dropped the word 'Diet' in, as if my memory serves me right, he was the first person to actually race it, or is it ok for him to use it as u can beat him? LOL...
