take out the spark plug and put it back into the cap. Take off air filter. Turn engine over and cover the front of the carb with your hand, is there petrol coming out of the carb? there should be. If not, have you got the pulse pipe/ fuel pipe the right way round ? pulse on top of the carb, fuel pipe to the side of the carb. Check the fuel pick up pipe inside the tank.
