absolutely.you need to understand what weather conditions the torsion bar is working in and how its drives without.welded in its not something you want to be hacksawing out and the overall usability of how the kart feels in most conditions might be the deciding factor as to wether you have it in or not

hate this regulation.its neither here nor there and doesnt do what it was designed to acheive in my opinion
