I am Daniel O'Beirne's Dad and yes we did do the whole season at Shenny on one set of tyres (and won it). We didn't practice to the level you are, but we did do quite a bit...It was a cadet thing and maybe suited to shenny and a few other tracks.

Now we are in Mini's, not a chance. Mojo's seem to be good for 50 laps then OK for another 50. We do get away with two race days but no more.
