power bands/carb?

at rye house, after exit of 2nd haripin, the track rises slightly at a gradient toward pylon corner.

It'd during this hard acceleration that I notice what feels like the Power valve opening at about 10'000rpm.
As it reaches this point, theres a rush of power!

down the straights etc, i can feel the PV open at appx 7'500rpm. I do know theres appx 3 power bands with the rotax 125, but Im not sure this is what i'm feeling here?

Can anyone help me understand this a bit better?

Its as if my PV is changing the point at which it opens!

btw, its not loose or leaking, and in good shape all round.
