But firstly imo your driver should be doing laps within a a couple of tenths on the day to give you a starting point my lad (just done Passed arks) is still doing lap's say 53.50, 53.10then 54.20 etc which makes setting difficult but he now can tell me if we have lost the top end, I think that's somthing that will come with age/experience, you'll get there.
