I don't know if it is that bizzare if it is so low maintenance, I think (to be taken with care as I am not a pro) the secret of the maintenance of the Aixro is:
1. It is a rotary engine. On std engine you have to convert a straight movement into a circular movement which is done by the conrod which replaced often because race engine goes high in rpm where the power is. The rotary is a circular movement all the way through so no problem with wear and replacement of a conron. Rotary is simple!
2. It deliver power at low RPM (we have on the Aixro rev limiters kicking in before 11,000 rpm), so less wear.
3. It is made by german and it can be noticed when you look at the clutch: it is a monster. My clutch does not show a sign of wear and I have not heard anybody breaking a single clutch. I kept braking my cluch on my max.
