Firstly the kerbs were fitted under the instruction of the CIK to their specification as PF is a full CIK circuit so they will not be going anywhere as the next race is the CIK qualification race for the northern regin.
As for it being PF kerbs breaking axels the MSA bulletin around 6 months ago asked all scrutineers to gather evidence of breaking axels it is not just PF it is all circuits OTK have even brought out a new axel without the keyway for the left hand drive sprocket.
