Like Drewdt3, I'm not too sure who was MOST to blame for this specific incident, but what I feel certain of, is that ANY driver that goes to the braking zone with his nose cone touching or within a couple of feet (thats 60cm to you youngsters) of the kart in front is equally responsible for the inevitable contact that will occour, and its consequences.
