Your engine spunds like it is suffering from fuel starvation. This is either caused by incorrect jetting, floats, float height, soft pulse pipe, or fuel pump or fuel pipe. I've had this problem myself and found changing pulse pipe to correct hard blue tube helped. As this is easiest and cheapest thing to do so id start there! Then work your way down list! Battery is also possible although I've had a duff battery and never found it cause popping just bogging and top end not as good as normal!?
