I had a good days racing to day at Whilton Mill, I used to live nearby but moved, so when I forgot my Licence.. it was out of the question to go and get it for Sundays racing, I did quite easily get it scanned and emailed over, but thats not good enough is it..oh no for being a naughty boy I had to cough up £60..not the clubs fault I hasten to add, in fact they were quite sympathetic, its the MSA rules.. and we cant bend them can we, after all £60 for sweet FA isnt bad business. In this day and age with internet etc why cant they look up a data base and say oh yes he has a licence, lets fine him £10 for pushing a computer key, they can do that to see how many points you have!! Its a complete p...take, they go on about attracting new interest in the sport, this kind of balls.... will drive anyone away, £60 to me isnt going to break the bank, for some it will though, the point is the fine is not relevant to the issue at stake, if I go down the road breaking the speed limit, its a £60 fine...The MSA ARE OUT OF STEP , WE ALL KNOW THAT, HERE IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE...
