I have always had issues getting the high temp sealant to "stick" between my exhaust and manifold (Rotax). I try to ensure it's as grease/oil free before apply the stuff but still after a few sessions I end up with the silicon literally dropping off and then it's virtually impossible to top it up without removing the springs and moving the exhaust back otherwise I can't get the silicone on the underside. Any tips or tricks to make this task easier? Thanks.
