Seems harsh doesn`t it?

I suppose, like anything these days, it is a buyers market....look at cars, lets say a 2007 Ford Mondeo Estate, I saw recently at a garage near to me, 07 plate, 93000 miles, (ok....a little high, but 2.0 diesel engine, one company owned, fsh).

Windscreen price.....4795

Offer??......4k, and negociate??

What would new cost have been? 20k plus?
