Unless Whilton Mill have applied and been granted the KTE, I don't see how they are going to get it to work.

Anyone wishng to use Vegas, can just quote the rule and race.

If they win and get excluded, they have to get the exclusion overturned at the MSA court. assuming the Steward even lets it get that far.

It could be a very messy meeting.

It would be nice to know if Whilton have actually got the KTE, intend to get it, or are just trying to wing it!
