At our December meeting Hoddesdon Kart Club gave everyone 6 minutes + 1 lap for 3 heats & a final. For Senior Rotax that gave a total race time of 27:51, not the 19:50 you quote. Which I think exceeds HKRC and all the other examples you used!

Incidentally, our December meeting was one of the lowest track times allocated to all classes. Unfortunately the weather, track conditions and available daylight were against us. As soon as we can we allocate the maximum time to racing. 3 Heats of 8 minutes and a final of 12 are the norm and Senior Rotax normally end up with 15 laps for heats and a final of 21 laps.

HKC also gives very good value in Ł v time equation.
