Graham, how about a bit of common sense.

Change the regs with 3 months notice so dealers, importers and karters can sort out their tyre supplies early. In that way the regs are the regs from the 1st of January and we all know where we stand, all the current overlap period does is introduce the possibility of having to test the new and old slicks back to back on the day and choose the quickest thus adding to the cost for everybody.

And then have a KTE only to sort out any cockups (delays in supply).
