The reason you lose them is they fall out easily when you carry or move the battery without the screws in.

It's a pretty useless idea and I discard them and make my own from the square bar that is used to transmit leverage between door lock handles.

Dril and tap then cut off to suit.

A drop of EvoStik and they stay there ad infinitum.

Email me your details and I'll make you a couple if you want.

You can use any screw that has the correct thread and length.

Can't do them till next week though.
