Well it needs to be sealed with logbook that is really a must for racing. If you are buying an engine the best way to find out if it is any good is ask the seller if he has raced it recently if he has ask for the latest set of results look at his times compared to the others thats probably the best way to find out if it is any good. Dyno sheets give false readings as different dynos give different results. Look on ebay and ask a few questions.
