This is the normal order of the bits with the bumper being between the gold coloured bushes.
The nut can turn on the rubber plug and prevent you from tightening the bolts.
A serrated or star washer can be fitted under the nut to het things grip up at the initial tightening procedure.
Fitting the whole lot up before pushing the rubber plugs into the chassis tubes using some WD40 just to allow you to push them in, can give you enough grip to allow you to tighten up the bolts.
The WD40 will evaporate away.
I don't like these particular fittings as they don't allow you to run a loose bumper.
My Son can feel if the back has started binding up on the bumper, even if it's only due to a slight bend in the bumper from a rear shunt.
People say using the bumper as a torsion bar doesn't work, it's tripe but you may include that in the 80% of b******* I alledgedly talk.
If I were you though, I'd include it in the 20% of truth.
