Seal inlet and exhaust ports (pieces of crafted number plate sandwiched between the cylinder and header pipe/carb achieves this). Pressurise the crankcase via the pulse nipple. The seals will blow out without damage. If they are fine, put them back, filled with grease, to make them last even longer.
