It's not completely locked we're looking for. We all know that happens. We're looking specifically at the limit of braking where we're all largely agreed on what happens but for that last little bit:
Either:
The wheels lock and unlock at some high frequency as Itpro is arguing.
Or:
The wheels don't lock but the brakes are operated either side of, but as close as you can get to, peak braking performance which is where the wheel is at a speed less than current road speed, as myself and Liam are arguing.
Of course, the answer is of little consequence to anybody since we'll all go and find the limit of braking on our own anyway, but some of us are inquisitive and would be interested to know.
