Good example, that's exactly what happens when I brake too hard as well, it's a full lock up. There are a lot of what I call "semi lock ups" where the revs drop faster than the wheel speed on that video too. Have look at about 2.50, and he bounces down into the 4000 rpm range, although road speed soon whizzes the engine back to 10,000. Compare his sector time when he fully locks the back end with the other times for that sector the video. The full lock ups are not desireable (or happening 50 times a second) as far as I can see.
