Aflie..... you got confused in there between me and Road Rat...... or I did.

I wasn't being RUDE to you (although I probably SHOULD have been).... just DO the damned test! The bumper is made of LIQUORISH.... it's got ZERO strength and you could bend it PERMANENTLY over your KNEE..... damn it, you 5 year old DAUGHTER could do it. Just TRY and bend the CHASSIS.... they are of a different order or MAGNITUDE (or possibly TWO orders) of stiffness.

It doesn't matter if you BELIEVE me..... just TEST it for yourself.....

THEN come back to us and tell us the amounts of weights you need to deflect the chassis and then the bumper by and INCH...... It seems as though you will be AMAZED or, more likely ASTOUNDED!! Remember, I USED to AGREE with you until I LOOKED at the subject in DETAIL and that was becasue Dave (QoT) got me to LOOK at the problem.
