The new engines seem to be prone to this problem and I'm afraid it's a case of REMOVING METAL!!!!

For some reason they stick at the most inopportuune moment and give quite bizarre performance.

Check the sides for 'flashing' and across the flat part for a suble bulge that has to be removed.

I've been doing them on an ordinary oilstone with plenty of oil and they're ok after that.

(That should send the scruts into apoplectic seizure but what the ****!)

Do it right and they can't tell.

I bet my power valve will be off more times than a tarts knickers at the next meeting but they'll be out of luck as I've only done it for other people :)
