Yes.

What has happened is that the other end has expanded into the exhaust pipe and belled out.

Get a Rawlbolt 12mm I think, and expand it into the baffle.

Grip the threaded bolt with Mole grips and wallop the Mole grip sharply and it will come out.

It won't go back unless you reform the end though, so it could mean a new baffle.

Some WD40 down the baffle tube while it's on its end will help the situation.
