Would agree with you there Ian, on that particular day we were told my so called Karting guru's that the Rotax would bog down out of corners due to the additional grip. Whilst this was true if you screwed up the corner and messed up your entry, when driven properly it just stuck like glue. We went 6 tenths quicker with the Bridgestones than we did with the dreaded Sl7's.
