2009 blue book:

"Where appropriate, the Class Regulations will specify tank capacity. For all Classes, 3 litres of fuel should be present and a minimum of one litre of fuel should be present at the end of each race. The penalty for failure to have the minimum quantity present is exclusion from the results in that race.

In the event that less than 3 litres are available then the competitor forfeits the right to select a sample for their own analysis."

Has the 2010 blue book changed much from that?
