Cadet tyre fitting

Pls help!
Is there a right and wrong way round to fit Dunlop Cadet slick tyres to the wheels.
I notice that the word Dunlop is in yellow on one side of the tyre and black on the other is this to make sure the tyre is fitted the correct way and is it the same for left and right.
And are they directional I can't see any marking indicating that they are.

I am learning but I think it is slower than my boy
