People really need to put some details in their profile so that they can get local help.

First, check you have a spark by holding another plug against the water cover and cranking the engine WITH the ignition on.

Next, check that the throttle slide is in the correct way round as it will never start on full throttle.

The brass stud should be visible from the air intake.

Is the plug wet or dry when you take it out?
