Its pretty easy - directional kart tyres are all made the same - not made "left hand" and "right hand" at the factory.
They are made to run in one direction, hence the arrow. The makers logo just happens to be on one side in a colour - It could just as easily be on both sides.
The important thing is ROTATION, so for a kart with all the tryes going in the right direction, one logo will be on the inside sidewall and one will be on the outside sidewall.
It does matter that you get the rotation right due to the construction of the tyre (more likely to fall apart if reversed after initial use.TBH I've never seen one fail but for how easy it is to get it right, its not worth getting it wrong.
