Hi Staffs87,

We're new to TKM and have had much the same problem: re-kitting the carb cured it for us. Each time we found the fine gauze filter delivering fuel to the metering needle was partially blocked with fine particles of debris.

Some teams recommend filtering fuel before filling the tank, others re-kitting and cleaning the carb after each meeting.

Anyone else had the same problem?
