We race in rotax and raced in tkm in the past and i still dont get how rotax is really that much more expensive than tkm??.
But thats not my main point,what davidmc said earlier is a very valid point.
The main thing that rotax can be blamed for is the introduction of the mini max class,this has realy killed the cadet classes as a spectical.
You realy dont have to look too far in the past to remember when the cadet final was the "not to be missed final of the day".
When the top drivers in the class where 11/12 yrs old,had spent nearly 4 yrs in the class and realy knew how to race.
Now its mini max and all the brainless kick,boll**k,an bite that goes with it,a final with not a brain cell to be seen.
Doin not the least bit of good to karting in any way,shape or form.
