You seem to race like I choose; keeping control of costs. We therefore won't disagree on a lot of things.

So..... show me that I am wrong and I'll accept it. All you have to do is come up with a CONSISTENT, logical reason of:-

1) HOW seat stays work
2) Why two or three work better than one
3) Why 27 wouldn't work better than 3
4) and then explain why the 'work' of 1 seat stay is NOT already fully covered by the action of the ORIGINAL seat support.

That would all seem pretty simple......

You also have to remember that I am friendly with LOADS of religious people who think that:-

1) If they eat meat (but not Otters or Puffins!!!) on a Friday, their god will disapprove and may even PUNISH them.
2) Others who think god will smite them if they eat Pork or Prawns.
3) Others who feel that, if they remove the covering from their heads outside buildings..... god KNOWS what will happen to them!

They TOO would also look at YOU as simply BONKERS for not agreeing with them..... with almost as much 'proof' as I have seen about the seat stays! Actually, many of them believe MUCH more strongly about those things than YOU feel about seat stays! But I am supposed to be convinced by YOUR strong feelings.... but not theirs!
