I completely fail to perceive how on earth adding seat stays would sell more products, they don`t look pretty, aren`t supposed to look pretty and add nothing to the appearance of a kart, surely they are there to improve handling/grip, and will suit people in different measures, hence the reason why, in various testing conditions, at any circuit, you will see dozens of drivers adding and removing these until happy with the results.
