Bottom end 30hrs to be safe and hopefully eliminate failures. Top end around 6-8 hours (to keep it right on)but the only real way is to measure the piston/bore clearance and then if worn too much replace it. Rings on there own just give it a freshen up for a short bit as the piston is the key and if you get a good square piston it will last longer and also the style of track can effect the wear rate as well.
