no - you probably won't need new one !!the tkm carb isn't difficult- it probably just needs a good clean -re-kit with new gaskets and needle and then pop off tested and set the jets correctly - I am sure if you do a search these forums someone will have done a complete guide for you to follow -I am sure I have seen one before failing that tak to any TKM mechanic at your club and I am sure they will show you how .
