page 87 unauthorised competitions D.28.1.1.

The organisation or holding within the territory of
the MSA of any vehicle competition otherwise than in
accordance with these Regulations shall render every
person connected therewith or taking part therein,
whether as promoters, organising committee,
competitor, driver, official or otherwise, liable to the
consequences and penalties provided by C.1.1.10.

Judicial general
C.1.1 paqe 70

1.1. Each of the following is a breach of these
Regulations and/or Supplementary Regulations and
will lead to disciplinary action being taken.

C1.1.10

To organise, advertise, enter for, drive in,
officiate at, or in any manner whatsoever take part in, a
competition, or championship, not organised in
accordance in all respects with these Regulations

John its still in this years regs but the MSA just hasnt felt the need to test it at an National court hearing yet doesnt make it ileagl until proven.

they could just decide not to renew your licence next year either a drivers licence or an officials licence.
