I feel a little bit cheated by clubs offering non MSA meetings but being run to MSA regs.

we msa licence holders took a long time to develop thes regs and procedures why should others who dont pay the MSA fees use them.
Also MSA officials and licence holders should not take part in any non Msa race meeting ( read the blue book) it is against MSA rules to do so and penalties for doing so can be severe.
