I'd dispute that. I've never seen anyone spending MORE than they would at MSA. I've seen plenty that are spending the same, along with a few that are spending less. Because ultimately - if you're not doing Super1 then you're just doing it for fun...and wheres the incentive to cheat, spending way too much money and for what exactly? You'll get no satisfaction from beating your friends with illegal equipment. I've found at MSA everyone takes it a bit too seriously, there are some people on the grid that have been racing each other all year and have never spoken a word to each other!! Certainly no sense of community. I of course do still race MSA, but if Rye House or Ellough did more Non-MSA I might spend a bit more time there.
