tyre pressures: start between 10-12 psi cold.
gearing: don't know your circuit well enough
carbs: 1 and a 1/2 both jets is good starting point
temperature: anywhere between 65 to 75 is OK
water: just top up radiator till it's full, don't really need to use anti-freeze (think is illegal in MSA racing anyway)
mixture: 250:5 for running in, 200:5 for normal running
