sparkie,i already said you do it whilst sat in the kart(foot on break).starting the kart up whilst NOT sat in the kart is dangerous

buzinrussell,yes you do need to take care that the nut is square onto the engine but if your on your todd there isnt much option,its do able though and ive done it on more than a few occasions,even in the middle of a race when i stopped outside of park ferme on a rolling lap!
