Why is everyone so taken in by the hype that surrounds every update or re tool done by BRP Rotax.
If every one of the changes made in 2009 had the effect on performance claimed by posters on this site making the updates a 'must have# to be competetive, anything other than the latest spec motor would be over a second off the pace.
So that said Many older motors (mine included) an 07 are nothing more than paper weights.
Utter C**p! On the other hand if anyone wants to send me their 'paper weights' I would be happy to have a spare motor or 2 for this season.
