The castor/camber adjustments I make over the course of a race weekend on my CIK kart make the the minutest difference to performance... and as I said earlier... like most 010B drivers I run the kart with the torsion bars off.
Has anyone done a back to back comparison on this ? I'd be very surprised if a well driven TKM /2 kart would be any less competitive against a 'fixed' caster/camber CIK kart then against a variable one... seeing as you can use fairly draconian measures to vary the caster/camber on both in any event.
The smallprint on a measure designed to make things easier and simpler seems to have made things altogether more messy and complex for everyone... including the meeting officials. That can't be right, can it ?
