Look Mojo, try THINKING about this stuff before you type:-
I'll do it simply for you:-
* The RULES of racing say we MUST race WITHIN boundaries of the track which are marked with a white lines. * Every single KERB is OUTSIDE the white line; thus, if you USE the kerb, are OFF the TRACK! * The MSA steward allows a LITLE 'wriggle room' allowing ONE wheel on the kerb; it is NOT legal to do so but it's TOLERATED! * However, MORE than one wheel REPEATEDLY off the track is simply CHEATING! It's clearly written in EVERY motorracing rule book!!
There IS no room for discussion on that: more than one wheel on or over the kerb, repeatedly IS CHEATING!
Go that?
However, you suggest:-
"if someone use a kirb to his/her advantage so what ? you do the same.... "
That's your logic, is it? If someone is CHEATING, just copy them? Don't enforce the rules, just COPY them?
So, if someone had a 200cc motor in a race you were in, you'd suggest the SAME; we should ALL cheat and run a 200cc motor, should we? What about running the WRONG tyres? If you find someone is using stickier tyres, should we ALL run stickier tyres? Ok, what about if we find 17 year olds racing in Junior Classes; what about people running Aixros in CADET racing? Do you STILL say we should just COPY them?
Even YOU won't say that, will you! You, like the rest of us, KNOW that would be CHEATING and we expect our rules to be ENFORCED or else NOBODY CAN RACE FAIRLY..... The difference is that YOU want to cheat by using the kerbs so you think that's ok....but YOU don't want to cheat by using an Aixro in Cadet racing becasue YOU doin't think THAT is ok!
And it's THAT simple: it's not FAIR if people are ALLOWED to put 2 or 3 or even all FOUR wheels on the Kerbs (e.g., Pylon corner at Rye House) when EVERYBODY (who has ever BOTHERED to read the rule book) KNOWS IT'S CHEATING!
Now, tell me where I am wrong!
You can do so, but you will HAVE to explain that you KNOW that putting MORE than one and THEN explain why we should just IGNORE that examples of cheating and not ignore all the OTHERS I listed above! If we don't enforce the rules, then you'll HAVE no FAIR racing! If YOU can choose which rules to obey...why CAN'T I choose which rules I WANT to obey, TOO, and run an Aixro, with sticky tyres in CADET racing?? If you don't want to obey the rules, then neither do I!
