I think cadet 1608 gave you the Honda gearing.

For Comer cadet use 94 sprocket in dry, maybe 95 would be needed for a novice. In wet conditions I would think 96/97. Tyre pressures from 15 to 24, start at around 24psi for a novice this time of year.
