No difference in the blue engine at all. You can use a blue 100cc engine in Junior or Senior they are the same. Its the restrictors along with the wieghts thats the difference.The MSA have just made tabor change the restrictors in the Junior blue class to make them slower but the range of restrictors are not evenly matched and they were before the change. There are six restrictor sizes and the top three Gold/Red/Grey used by the heavier drivers have an advantage over the green/silver pink restrictors used by the lighter drivers.So there are currently some very unhappy junior blue drivers at the moment who may well sell up if no changes are made to bring them back to racing on a level playing field again.
