look at your fuel pump, it has an arrow on it showing the direction of flow, the arrow that shows fuel coming out of the pump goes to the carb, the 1 underneath the pump goes to the pipe on the balance gear housing to operate the pump and the last one is connected to the fuel tank.....hope i've explained it clearly enough
